TEAM MANAGER
CHARLES FELLOWES GROUP is looking to recruit an experienced Team Manager for their Legal team to be based in Birmingham. Operating for over 20 years, we have focussed our efforts on the Legal, IT, HR and Property markets and have always prided ourselves on our track record of delivery. We have a very strong client and candidate base, working with major firms across the UK. We offer a full range of recruitment solutions, including Executive Search, Managed Advertising, Contingency and Talent Management. Having recently opened offices in Manchester and moving to larger London premises, we now require a Birmingham based Manager to be responsible for the Birmingham team.
The team range from trainee consultant through to senior consultants and each works on a regional basis. Managers at Charles Fellowes are able to retain their ability to personally recruit (and therefore earn bonus) in addition to their management responsibilities, which will include budgetary control, ensuring financial and activity targets on a personal and team basis are met.
You will be part of a highly driven team and be tasked with growing the number of consultants to meet the strategically identified growth plans of the company.
In reward, Charles Fellowes offer salary, bonus and benefits exceeding market standards. You will be surrounded by a highly talented pool of ambitious consultants and managers, across all sectors of the business. Your desire to find a challenging and professional environment will be met here - with great future prospects to carve out a long and financially successful career.
If you have a proven track record of managing a successful team and unlimited drive and determination - we would like to hear from you. Whilst the suitable candidate will ideally be from a legal background, applicants from other sectors with strong management skills and the willingness to immerse themselves in the highly professional legal sector will be considered.
