Rate: £ 22 to £ 24 K (full-time (per year)) + 23 days holiday along with free parking, healthcare, pension, gym membership and family health club

As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
• Work in a team of 22 people.
• Work from a database of established clients.
• Speak to clients and focus on developing relationships.
• Source new candidates
• Gain repeat business and maximise accounts.
The ideal Recruitment Consultant will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Interim recruitment experience within a scientific or technical market.
• Client relationship skills and experience
• Able to maximise business potential
• Candidate and quality driven
• Work with clients such as GSK and Pfizer
In return you will receive a salary of £22,000 - £24,000 depending on skills and experiences with an OTE of £50,000 and uncapped commission with no threshold for the first 6 months!
